May I congratulate Ajay Thiara and all the Executive Committee of OCA
India for the hard work and the timely and detailed amendments to the Constitution of the OCA India. The logical and clear wording leaves no doubt of the high aims of the body and I can only think that it should be endorsed in its entirety at the upcoming Meeting on 9 February. It is with great regret that I myself, am unable to attend the Lunch to have the opportunity and pleasure of meeting you all at this lovely occasion. I wish you all a joyous time and a successful Meeting.
May I suggest at this seminal moment, that serious consideration be given to launching a “BCS World” programme with the a gathering of the many Chapters of the OCA around the world together, to meet in Delhi – say next February and translate the ethics and spirit embodied in your Constitution to be practised through all the Chapters under the guidance and coordination of OCA India.
We are at the start of a new era at BCS, with a New Headmaster and Senior Master. What better moment to start thinking globally.
